Individuals/short stays:

Reservation policy: confirmation by fax, mail or e-mail with a credit card number, expiration date and security code to guarantee the reservation

Cancellation policy: reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance of the arrival date. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, 50% of the booking will be charged with a minimum amount of one night. During the stay, if you leave earlier than previously booked, the whole stay will be charged.

Groups/long terms:

Reservation policy: 30% deposit when booking, total payment of the stay 15 days before arrival date,
Cancellation policy:
- from 30 to 15 days before arrival date, we retain the 30% deposit
- less than 15 days before arrival date, we charge the whole stay

During the stay, if you leave earlier than previously booked, the whole stay will be charged.
